So, I want to give you a quick summary of what I know about salt, what I use in my own life to stay healthy with salt and try to dispel some of the myths and rumors about salt. First of all, processed salt or white salt – table salt – is not very healthy for you. The same way that processed sugar or processed wheat flour is not very healthy for you as well. If you’re eating white table salt, it’s kind of like eating white bread or white sugar. That’s bad for you. It’s overly processed.
