As reported by Food Safety News, the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) recently published an extensive report titled, “Food Dyes: A Rainbow of Risks” [here], which provides comprehensive details regarding the risks of nine dyes that are widely used in some of the most common foods. Researchers also noted that common food dyes are known to increase risks of cancer, hyperactivity in children and allergies.
