Information on the role played by the Saudis is said to be included in the classified “missing 28 pages” excised from the 838 pages of the Joint Inquiry report. During the 60 Minutes segment, Steve Kroft asked Graham if he believes Saudi Arabia was involved in the attack. “Substantially,” the former senator responded.
