So, whatever diet you may be following, whether it’s a low carb diet, mediterranean diet, cavemen diet, or whatever – there’s a million diets out there – what you’re missing … There’s even a so-called weight watchers diet out there, which of course is a total joke. But what they are all missing is the idea of clean food. The conclusion that I’ve come to after many, many years of being a food science research, a food science author, a lab science director, a journalist and so on, is that it almost doesn’t matter what diet you choose. It doesn’t matter if you’re vegan, vegetarian, meat-eater, combination – whatever.
